Built for One
The Backend Running My Coaching Practice
I'm Vivienne Lamb. I run a 1-on-1 health mentorship practice from Praia Grande, Brazil. Klaviyo, Shopify, Make.com, Stripe, Airtable, BookFunnel, TidyCal, Vellum all integrated, all running quietly, all built by me.
I take on a small number of fractional operator clients alongside the practice. This page is for them.
9 scenarios running in production across Airtable, Klaviyo, Gmail, Slack, Stripe, eSignatures, and Shopify. One scenario (2.0 Retry/Rejection) integrates 13+ tools.
Why this matters for you
If you're a solo author, coach, or creator, you almost certainly have one of two problems:
Problem 1: Pieces of a backend exist but don't talk to each other. Klaviyo is sending, Stripe is collecting, but onboarding still happens by hand. Every new reader or client costs you two hours of admin.
Problem 2: Something is automated but breaking quietly. A Make scenario errored out three weeks ago. A welcome flow stopped firing. Tags aren't applying. You only find out when a reader emails confused or a client doesn't receive what they paid for.
Both problems share the same root: there's nobody whose job it is to own the backend.
That's what I do.
How it works
- You book a 15-minute call below.
- We talk about your actual stack and where it's leaking.
- Audit runs in 5 business days. You get the report and we get on a call.
If it's not a fit, I'll tell you on the first call before any money changes hands.
Where it goes after the call
-
Stage 0 — Built For One: The Kit ($99)
The same backend system, productized into documents you can build from in roughly five hours. Klaviyo Blueprints, email swipe file, Airtable schema, Fillout form structures, Setup Checklist, and a 22-minute walkthrough video.
The $99 credits toward the Backend Audit if you upgrade within 60 days.
-
Stage 1 — Backend Funnel Audit ($250)
- I review your public-facing setup: Amazon listings (if applicable), website, opt-in flow, email setup, payment flow, newsletter samples.
- You get a 1-page report identifying the top three leaks in your funnel, a 5-7 minute Loom walkthrough, and a 30-minute live call.
- 5 business days from when you complete the intake form.
- The $250 applies as credit toward the Build if you move forward within 30 days.
-
Stage 2 — The Build ($3,500–$10,000)
Two profiles depending on what you sell:
The Build — Author Profile
For authors with existing books and a defined offer beyond the book. Stripe storefront, reader database, welcome sequence, post-purchase flow with timed review request, back-matter opt-in, behavioral segmentation, multi-channel tracking, application intake system, monthly dashboard.
-
The Build — Creator Profile
For coaches, course creators, consultants, and service providers selling 1+ offers without a book. Stripe storefront, customer database, welcome sequence, post-purchase flow with milestone-timed testimonial request, lead magnet integration, behavioral segmentation, application-to-enrollment automation, monthly dashboard. Up to 3 offers configured.
Both delivered in 30-45 days from payment clearance. You own every account.
-
Stage 3 — Manuscript Production Add-On ($2,500 / $3,500 / $5,000)
For authors and creators with a deep content archive who want a book to strengthen authority but haven't sat down to write one. I curate 60-100 pieces from your Substack, YouTube, podcast, or blog into a coherent manuscript, format it in Vellum (paperback + Kindle), coordinate cover design, and deliver clean EPUB and print-ready PDF.
- Light ($2,500) — Curation and edit, 30 days.
- Standard ($3,500) — Light plus developmental edit and deeper voice work, 45 days.
- Premium ($5,000) — Standard plus audiobook (ElevenLabs voice clone or human narrator, your choice), 60 days.
Always bundled with a Build. Never sold standalone.
-
Stage 4 — Retainer ($1,500 / $2,500 / $4,000 per month)
After the Build, the system needs someone who keeps it running and makes it work harder.
- Maintenance ($1,500/mo) — Automation health guarantee, 24-hour fix, monthly performance report, weekly digest, application intake monitoring.
- Operator ($2,500/mo) — default recommendation. Everything in Maintenance, plus monthly behavioral rewrap, monthly money-making move I've tested in my own business, reputation outreach scheduling, monthly strategic review call.
- Partner ($4,000/mo) — Everything in Operator, plus newsletter execution (up to 4 sends/month), quarterly strategic deep-dive, 4-hour priority fix, same-day inquiry response, 5 hours/month of new automation builds.
30-day minimum, 30-day notice to cancel. One retainer client at a time.

What I run, live, every day
Klaviyo: Weekly client letters, video notification campaigns, monthly newsletter, lead magnet welcome flow, behavior-tagged segments, multi-channel tracking.
Shopify: Website, blog, digital product delivery, embedded booking and lead capture, Stripe storefront.
Make.com: 9 active scenarios connecting Klaviyo, Shopify, Stripe, Airtable, TidyCal, eSignatures, and Mercury. New client onboarding fires automatically the moment payment clears.
Airtable: Client CRM, content templates, testimonial library, lead magnet response tracking, application intake.
Stripe + Mercury: Payment processing, automated invoicing, international wire transfers.
BookFunnel + Vellum + Affinity Publisher: Lead magnet delivery, manuscript formatting, print-ready PDFs.
This isn't a portfolio of past freelance work. It's the operating system of my own business. You can see it working every time you opt in for a lead magnet, book a call, or buy a product on my site.
A note on the work
I'm not a Klaviyo VA, a Shopify developer, or a Make.com freelancer. I'm a backend operator who uses those tools because they're what runs my business. Cross-tool fluency is the moat. When something breaks in Make at 11pm because Klaviyo changed an API field, I know where to look. When a Shopify product needs to fire a Stripe payment that triggers a Klaviyo flow that updates an Airtable record that sends a scheduling link. I've already built that exact sequence in my own backend.
That's what you're hiring.
100% payment upfront. Wire for Build, Manuscript, and Retainer tiers. Stripe for the Audit. Work begins the business day after payment clears. You own every account in your name on your payment method. I'm a collaborator, not a holder.
Below, you'll see links in the menu and footer to The Cell Scan, Pure Water Reset, and my health mentorship program. That's my other practice. The one this backend was built to run. The two businesses are separate, but the operator work is the byproduct of building infrastructure that actually had to work. You're hiring the person who built it.
