The following goods are available on our Site: ebooks, audiobooks, print books, and the Pure Water Reset.

All descriptions, information, and images we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee their accuracy and are not legally bound by them. Print books are produced on demand. We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be accurate.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or Service at any time without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such change. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

We do not warrant that the quality of any product, Service, or information purchased will meet your expectations.

We accept the following payment methods on our Site: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

When you provide your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to the payment method you have chosen. If we believe a payment has violated any law or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.

Section 9 — Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders placed under the same account, card, or billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of the order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

Section 10 — Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: https://viviennelamb.com/policies/refund-policy. In summary: digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, and the Pure Water Reset) are non-refundable as instant downloads, except for accidental duplicate purchases within 48 hours. Physical books are returnable only if faulty. Please review the full Refund Policy for details.

Section 11 — Shipping and Delivery

Digital goods are delivered instantly by email from BookFunnel to the address you used at checkout. Please check your Spam folder, or your Promotions tab if using Gmail.

Print books are shipped from BookVault (United Kingdom, Europe, United States) and Lulu (United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). Average printing and shipping time is up to two weeks unless otherwise stated by the shipping speed selected at checkout.

You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name for physical goods. We are not liable for delivery to the wrong address or person as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information you provide. Section 12 — Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools and links over which we have no control. These are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
