Digital products

Ebooks, audiobooks, and the Pure Water Reset are delivered instantly by email from BookFunnel to the address you used at checkout. If you don't see your delivery, check your Spam folder, or your Promotions tab if you use Gmail.

Print books

Print books are produced on demand and printed individually for each order. Please allow up to 20 business days for printing and delivery combined, unless a faster shipping speed is selected at checkout.

Books are printed and shipped through our print partners, BookVault and Lulu, from their facilities in the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States, depending on your location.

You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name. We are not liable for delivery to the wrong address as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Import taxes and duties

Depending on your country and the value of your order, import taxes, duties, or customs fees may be applied by your local authorities when your order arrives. Any such charges are determined and collected by the destination country, not by us. We do not calculate, collect, or receive these charges, and they are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import rules if you are unsure whether fees may apply.

Lost shipments

Tracked shipping is strongly advised, as it functions as insurance. If a tracked book is lost in transit, I will replace it or issue a refund. I am unable to refund or replace items sent by untracked shipping, as loss cannot be verified.
