For two weeks, you ran a single-variable experiment on your own body. You removed everything except one element — distilled water — and you observed what happened.
Whatever you noticed during these 14 days is data. Not opinion, not theory, not someone else's protocol. Your data, from your body, in your environment.
What to do now
Compare your baseline scores from Day 1 to your final scores from Day 14. Look at:
- Energy patterns through the day
- Sleep quality and consistency
- Digestion and elimination
- Skin clarity and texture
- Mood and clarity of thought
- Any chronic symptom you've been tracking
Look for patterns, not perfection. A single variable removed for 14 days doesn't reverse years of accumulated burden. What it does is show you whether your body responds to environmental change.
If you experienced measurable improvement, even small improvement, your system is responsive. That responsiveness is the foundation everything else builds on.
If you experienced no measurable change, that's also data. It tells us the bottleneck is likely upstream of hydration alone — which is exactly what the deeper work in mentorship addresses.
What the Pure Water Reset isolates
The Reset is a controlled experiment. It removes one variable — water quality — to see how your body responds. It does not remove other burdens (chemical, hormonal, environmental, nutritional, light-cycle).
Most women carry compound burdens that hydration alone cannot resolve. The Reset is the first diagnostic step, not the full intervention.
